Bah bah bah bah

So I've already shared the weird secret that my kids are hypnotized by the song "La Bamba."  Well, the other night we were heading home late from Grandma's house when Liz started to cry.  I started to shake the rattle and sing, and sure enough, she fell right asleep.  When we got home, I unbuckled her and tried to keep her asleep while walking to her crib.  It didn't work.  She lifted her little head up and said, "bah bah bah bah!" I started to sing "La Bamba" again, and she immediately put her head on my shoulder and fell back asleep.  Since then she has said the phrase several times in connection with the rattle and/or the song, so I know it wasn't just a fluke.
