My family has a wacky tradition of eating green eggs and ham on Christmas morning. I love the tradition, but decided to try it out on St. Patrick's day instead this year. It was a hit. Eliana loved adding the dye. I let her choose what color she wanted to dye her eggs and she chose yellow! She tried some green eggs as well and discovered the truth that they taste the same as yellow eggs.
