Lizzie update

Since Liz is the child changing the most, she needs another post to update her accomplishments.  She walks all over the place now.  My mom bought her some shoes that squeak when she steps down, and she (Liz) absolutely loves them.  She squeaks all around the house, and often giggles at herself.

She signs tons of words: please, sorry, thank-you, duck, cow, horse, food/eat, sleep, blankie, shoes, clean, dirty, turkey, cracker, diaper, fish, dog, cat, light, water, milk, finished, mom, dad, apple, ball, motorcycle, happy, sad, grumpy, hat, phone, prayer, soft, music/sing, hurt, share.

She says "go" when she wants to give me something, or if she wants me to give it to her (like "here you go," but without the first two words).  She also says cracker (ca-kuh), and makes lots of animal sounds.  She still does the funny back of the throat growl for dog instead of a bark.

We've switched her to rice milk instead of soy, and she seems to be doing much better.  We have given her little bits of cheese, though, and she's done fine.  Such a good sign!
