We've taken a couple of trips to Pine Valley this winter to enjoy the snow. It's amazing how much more fun snow is when you don't have to deal with it daily. These pictures were taken from a trip we took a few days before Elizabeth was born. The kids loved sledding behind the 4-wheeler. That same trip we also watched the John Wayne version of True Grit. Both kids loved it. In fact, Will hardly ever makes it through a 1/2 hr t.v. show, let alone a movie, but who can resist horses, guns and the Duke?
Elizabeth made her first trek to PV on Presidents' Day. I hope she'll grow to love the mountains as much as I do.
